Terms of Service
Last updated 16 October 2026
01Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Talth Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Talth”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of the Talth website and app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you use Talth for a company, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.
These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Delivery Policy.
02The Service
Talth turns a written brief, a song and your brand into a finished launch film. An AI director plans the film, specialist AI agents build it on a cloud machine made for that film, and the film stops at a checkpoint for your review before the final render, unless you choose to approve in advance.
Films are generated with AI. Results vary with the brief and the material you provide, and a film may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every film before you publish or use it.
03Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
- Give accurate details and keep your sign-in email and Google account secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- Workspace owners and admins control who can access a workspace and with what role.
- Tell us at security@talth.si if you suspect unauthorised access.
04Your content and your films
“Your content” means everything you provide: briefs, songs, images, footage, logos, documents, notes and the brand website you ask us to crawl. You keep all rights to your content. You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process and transform it only to provide the Service to you, including sending it to the AI and processing providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you own your content or have the rights needed to use it in a film, including music sync rights and permission to use any brand, logo, person or trademark that appears in it.
Subject to these terms and to payment, the films we deliver to you are yours to use, including commercially. We do not claim ownership of your films. Material that third parties own, such as a licensed song or stock footage, stays subject to its own licence; each film’s credits file lists what was used.
We do not show your films publicly without your permission.
05Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may pause or refuse a film, remove content, or suspend an account that breaks it or the law.
06Plans, credits and payment
Paid plans and credit packs are described on our pricing page and in the app. Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store your full card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Credits are used when a film starts production. Refunds, failed films and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
07Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Production times are estimates. We may change or improve features; if a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel.
08Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to compensate us for claims by third parties arising from your content or from your use of a film, for example a claim that you did not have the rights to a song or logo.
09Ending these terms
You can stop using Talth and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, with notice where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, liability and governing law, continue after termination.
10Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the city of our registered office, India have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Please contact us first at legal@talth.si; most problems are solved quickly that way.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify account owners by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
