Delivery Policy

Talth sells a digital service. Nothing is shipped physically. Every film is delivered inside the Talth app, where you can watch it and download the files. We also email you when a film is ready.

A typical 40–45 second film at 1080p reaches the MP4 in about 30–70 minutes from the start of production, plus the time you take to review its checkpoint. 4K films and long or effect-heavy briefs take longer; the app shows a live estimate before you start and while the film is being made.

• If all production machines are busy, your film waits in a queue and the app shows its position.
• A film waiting for your review closes after 90 minutes without a reply.
• Every film is delivered or closed within 3 hours of starting production.

• The master MP4 at the format you chose (up to 4K, 24–60 fps)
• A smaller web MP4 for sharing
• A sound-free cut where available
• A credits file listing the assets, fonts and music used and their licences
• The checkpoint material: stills, test clips, shot list and beat map

Changes you request after delivery are made as a new version of the film and delivered the same way, usually within 10–20 minutes of production time. Earlier versions stay available.

If a film fails before delivery, its credits are released automatically, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you can’t access a delivered film, email support@talth.si.
