Refund & Cancellation Policy

Making a film uses credits from your plan or a credit pack. Credits are reserved when a film starts production and are only spent once the film is delivered. The pre-flight panel shows the expected cost before you start.

If a film fails on our side (for example the final render fails and can’t be retried, or the film hits our 3-hour production limit), the reserved credits are released automatically to your balance. You don’t need to ask.

If we can retry a failed render, you can retry it from the film’s page at no extra cost.

• Cancelled before the checkpoint: the reserved credits are released, minus the work already done, shown in the app before you confirm.
• Closed because the review window ran out: a film waiting at a checkpoint closes after 90 minutes without a reply. Because the production work was done, these credits are not returned automatically. If something stopped you from reviewing, contact us and we’ll look at it.

You can cancel any time in Account → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and it won’t renew. We don’t charge cancellation fees.

Unused plan credits expire at the end of the period after cancellation. Purchased credit packs don’t expire while your account is open.

• New subscriptions: if you haven’t delivered a film yet, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
• Credit packs: unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
• Delivered films: credits spent on delivered films are not refundable, but if a film doesn’t match an approved checkpoint or has a technical fault, contact us and we’ll fix it or return the credits.
• Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded in full.

Email support@talth.si from your account email with the invoice number. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank and payment partner.
